Jaw-jaw turnbuckles are utilized to adjust the tension or length of wire ropes and chains by connecting them to other chains or fixed components. The turnbuckle is a body that houses two threaded rods, each with jaw attachments at both protruding ends. By threading the rods in or out of the body, the turnbuckle can tighten or loosen its grip on the connection points.
